We’re secure in Christ
When I worked in IT I came across many Venn diagrams. I’ve always loved how simple and clearly they can convey meaning.
I’m also passionate about encouraging us with life-giving truths about our gracious and amazing God. This range aims to hearten us with big truths presented visually to help us remember and savour.
This first of four hand lettered and illustrated designs includes a diagram in white on a bright green background.
It shows us at a glance that we are secure in Christ and in him we are selected, saved and sealed. Truths that hold together because of who he is and because we are in him.
Beneath the diagram is a reference to Ephesians 1:3-14. The words that inspired the design where we see in:
- v4, 11 that we are chosen (selected) by the Father for adoption through Christ
- v7, 13 that we are redeemed (saved) and forgiven through Jesus’s sacrifice
- V13, 14 that in Christ we are marked as his with the Holy Spirit who guarantees our inheritance
You can send this to encourage a friend or as a birthday card. Pop the front of the card in a frame or on the fridge to help you remember these wonderful truths.
