Orders are dispatched in 1-3 working days unless otherwise indicated, UK orders over £20 ship for FREE.
Local Pickup From Chessington (KT9)
If you live nearby and would like to collect your order from Chessington to save on postage, please use discount code PICKUP at checkout and I'll contact you when your order is ready for collection (or delivery if I'm heading your way).
And yay, this code can be used with all other discount codes!
Shipping Costs
The minimum order subtotal (excluding shipping) is £3.00.

These are based on order value.

Orders are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd Class (untracked) and optional upgrades are available at check-out including Royal Mail 1st Class (untracked), Royal Mail Tracked 48 and Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Tracked shipping isn't guaranteed next day. On occasion other equivalent services may be used.
International
These are flat rates.

Please note that customers are responsbile for settling any customs and import fees (taxes, duties, VAT, handling fees) which are set by the destination country.
On occasion other equivalent shipping services may be used.
Internationl destinations include America, Australia, Canada, Greenland, Iceland, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland and South Korea.
Northern Ireland and the EU
I am so incredibly sorry but due to the new GPSR regulations I am unable to
ship to NI or the EU.
I'm a tiny business of 1 and not in a position where I'm able to pay for a representative in the EU and other costs involved. I hope there will be some developments in the future to help small businesses and clarify the new rules which rightly are being brought in in particular to ensure large scale import and big companies products are safe and regulated.
Delivery Times
After dispatch delivery should be within:
- UK: 1-3 working days (depending on your choice of shipping - 2nd Class, 1st Class or Tracked)
- Worldwide: 5-20 working days untracked, 5-15 working days tracked
Shipping times are based on Royal Mail/courier estimates and aren't guaranteed. Shipping may take longer at busier times of the year or due to industrial action e.g. Christmas or international customs delays.
