Refund policy
I hope you'll love the products you've ordered from me but I do understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request and return the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at hello@bythebrookcreations.com. If your return is accepted, I'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, as of course I want to resolve this promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns for:
- Personalised or custom products
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
